Quality service depends ultimately on the caring individuals that assist you in your home. Age Advantage caregivers are people who have the special desire to help others. They are selected for their character, experience, and commitment to Age Advantaged adults.

Our caregivers are employees. Precautions are taken to protect your privacy, maintain quality care, and promote your safety by providing our caregivers with ongoing training, supervisory visits, and 24 hour office support.

Minimum requirements include: Multiple interview process, professional references, comprehensive orientation and safety training, completion of our care knowledge test, extensive criminal background check, DMV report, health requirements every year.

Ongoing requirements include: Keeping certifications up to date, completion of on-going training courses from our comprehensive library, increasing their knowledge to meet the changing needs of their clients.

All of our employees are covered by our liability and bonding and receive a thorough criminal background screening to meet our high service standards.
